What Causes Acne - Lots Of Things

What Causes Acne

One question I get all the time is what causes acne. The truth of the matter is that there is not just one answer. There are many different causes and the different causes will effect different people in a different way. While one cause of acne may trigger an acne breakout in one person, it will not effect a different person the same way. Below you will find some of the things that cause acne.

One of the main causes of acne in teenagers in hormones. Teenagers bodies are flooded with hormones and these hormones have a tendency to cause the sebaceous glands to become over active. The sebaceous gland is what produces sebum in your body. The sebum is excreted through your pores. So when you are producing too much sebum, it can easily mix with dirt and dead skin cells in your pores and clog the pores. The same thing goes for women who are pregnant. Pregnant women's hormones are raging, because of this it is very common for these women to suffer from acne breakouts.

Another main cause of acne is that people do not keep their faces as clean as they should. Many people will simply take a show at night or in the morning and this is when they wash their face. But they do not worry about washing their faces throughout the day. Because of this, it makes it easier for your skins pores to get clogged.. Everyone should wash their hands throughout the day and when you are doing this there is no reason not to wash your face again.

Bacteria is another thing that causes acne outbreaks on peoples skin. In short a pimple is dead white blood cells that are attacking a bacteria. When you get bacteria in your pores or on your skin, your body will automatically send white blood cells to the location to fight the bacteria. Of course if the pore is clogged the dead white blood cells have no where to go. And so they build up in the clogged pore until a whitehead is formed. A Whitehead is what is normally called a pimple.

So now you know what causes acne, but what can you do to prevent it. The said fact is that there is no one answer but you may want to check out the video at: Acne No More

How To Stop Acne From Starting

How To Stop Acne From Starting

One thing that many people do not understand is that acne is something that effects 90% of all teenagers. But it doesn't stop there because many adults also have to deal with this ailment. The said thing is that many of the infected people think that they just have to wait it out until they out grow it. But there is help for people who have this affliction. There are many treatments available to help get rid of, and help stop future acne outbreaks.

Something I should point out is that not all the acne treatments out there are going to be able to cure everyone from acne. People's bodies are different and each person is going to respond differently to different acne treatments. So what might work for one person may not work for another. So once you find an acne treatment that works for you... Keep with it. Even after your acne clears up you should keep with your treatment in order to prevent future outbreaks.

One treatment that has been proven to help over 100,000 people be acne free is known as the Acne No More system. You can find a video on their main page showing you 1 simple treatment for beating your acne. You can find their site by: Clicking Here

If you want to learn how to stop acne from starting, you need to find out what is causing your acne outbreaks. For some people it may be different foods that they eat, while other people don't keep their skin as clean as they should. There are many other triggers of acne, and you should keep in mind that there could be multiple reasons for your acne outbreaks.

One thing that may surprise you is that it can take about 2 weeks from when a pimple starts to when you can actually see the visible pimple. You are probably aware that a pimple is a clogged pore in your skin. But once your pore becomes clogged it takes a couple of weeks before a pimple is completely formed. So people who think that a pimple just appeared overnight, are not right. It took awhile to grow to the point to where it could be seen.

The best thing you can do if you have acne on your face is to make sure you clean your face a few times a day using warm water and soap designed for sensitive skin. Using a soft bristled face brush will also be able to help unclog your pores. This is the best way for most people to stop acne from starting. Again you may want to check out the Acne No More program if you find you need more help with your acne.
